We are partnered with an automotive manufacturing organisation who are looking for a Buyer to join them on a permanent basis.
Buyer Permanent Salary £33,000 - £35,000 per annum Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 2pm Pickering Buyer Job Description Day to day commercial management of the supplier base Negotiate prices and contract terms for stock items Create and deliver commodity strategies Develop and maintain supper performance assessment metrics and the risk assessment process Manage supplier delivery issues and negotiate claims Buyer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Previously worked within the manufacturing industry Well versed working in a Buyer role or similar Full UK driving license and happy to travel when needed Buyer Company Benefits 25 days holiday plus the 8 bank holidays, with the option to buy more holiday Enhanced pension contributions Access to various retail/hospitality discounts Health cash plan Mental health support If you feel you're a good fit for this position, please click 'apply'
