Job Description Job Title: Buyer & Merchandiser Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: Office based, Coventry, UK Start Date: ASAP Deadline: On-going THE ROLE As a Buyer & Merchandiser, you will set the merchandising strategy to achieve our annual financial plan and forecast sales and inventory weekly to address trends and changes in the market.
You will be sourcing high-quality products, building strong relationships with vendors and negotiating the best deals on price, quality, and terms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build a financial merchandise plan by product category, item, and store that supports the company's financial objectives.
Sourcing new suppliers Negotiate pricing, contracts, and minimum order quantities with suppliers.
Implement and ensure quality control measures are met Manage the product lifecycle from sourcing to end-of-life, including forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management.
Utilize historical data and current market trends to support the buying process and deliver the financial plan.
