What Were Looking For: Experience in Beef Butchery: Proven experience in trimming beef or working in a butchery environment is highly preferred.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately trim beef cuts to exact specifications and ensure quality control.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, trimming beef cuts and handling meat products.
Team Player: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on maintaining high standards.
