Position: Vehicle Paint-Sprayer / Prepper Location:  Bedford Salary:  Up to £46,800 + Overtime Available Hours:  Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm (Day Shift) Benefits: Paid Annual Leave Company Pension Scheme Private Medical Insurance (Role Dependent) Enhanced Maternity, Paternity & Adoption Leave Employee Car Discount Key Responsibilities: Repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition following approved methods Prepping vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, priming) Spray painting vehicles using water-based paints Checking and matching paint colours accurately Supporting the bodyshop team as needed Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role (Bodyshop Technician, Painter, or Prepper) Full UK or EU Driving Licence (manual and automatic) Ability to work independently and make informed decisions Ready to showcase your skills?
