Our client is looking for an experienced Business Support Officer.We are looking for one full time Business Support Officers who have– Excellent working knowledge of the full Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)– Good time management, shows initiative, a good team player, able to work under pressure and multi task– Experience of working in a busy team The roles is in the Post Adoption Team, but helping to cover the Recruitment Team and assistance with Non-Agency Assessments.
They may provide a first point of contact for the children, families and adopters supported by designated teams, identifying needs and providing appropriate support and advice.
The postholder will provide key administrative support across designated teams that ensures timely and appropriate interventions with children and their families.Business Support Officer Role x 1•Primarily be taking calls from families on the Helpline needing Adoption Support in a pressurised setting,•Responding to enquiries, urgent requests and•Supporting a team of Social Workers.•The work will cover a wide range of adoption support and administrative matters.•Working with confidentiality and sensitive Adoption issuesWorking with Recruitment Team and first point of contactAssisting with data and tracking for recruitmentWorking closely with Social Worker on Non-Agency AssessmentsWe are looking for someone •Some understanding and experience of adoption support•The post holder will need to have an ability to be empathic•Able to signpost people to enable reduced waiting times.•Knowledge of Case Management systems•Confidentiality and sensitive to Adoption matters/clients•Awareness of vulnerability of Birth Parents and families under stressPLEASE ONLY apply if you have the necessary skills, experience and expertise.
