Expect solid benefits and opportunities to grow.Role OverviewThis role holder will provide both technical & administrative support for the whole of B2B Corporate Sales and be the main support for the Sales Function, for all pre & post sales.
Your responsibilities will include the onboarding, renewal and monitoring of the customer journey within Corporate B2B Sales by answering, facilitating and resolving all queries from internal and external customers (decision makers, group secretaries, brokers, account managers, BDM's etc.
).How you'll help us make health happen:Work with our customers to ensure our data is accurate, up to date and available to make sure the customer experience is as smooth as possible.Log and maintain any defects, raise incidents as required and communicate system enhancements to our customers.Identify potential opportunities and direct them to appropriate Account Managers whilst ensuring the integrity of data and ensure our and intermediary records are kept up to date.Handle enquiries regarding the ongoing maintenance of their scheme and Member policies, including the ability to provide updates on the pre-authorisation process, claims statuses and the membership records on the scheme.Fully investigate and resolve all queries and complaints.
