Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust (CWPT) provides community, day care and respite services for children and young people across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.
The children's services are reorganising, bringing together the four teams of: Children's Neurodevelopmental, Community Learning Disabilities, Physical Health, and Mental Health into the one directorate.

Main duties of the job The role of Business Manager is key to this integration of services, leading the business management function and supporting clinical services to deliver healthcare to the highest standard.
Working with key stakeholders, the business manager will: establish and continually review performance and compliance requirements of the directorate, contribute equitably to service transformation and liaise with corporate services of Estates, Performance and Contracting, IT and Human Resources to release time to care, maximising the clinical impact.
The business manager will work as part of the senior leadership team with the Director of Children's Services, General Managers, Associate Director of Nursing, Deputy Medical Directors, Lead Professionals and Heads of Service.
They will be directly responsible for the support services function across the Directorate.

Job description Job responsibilities The post holder will form part of the Business Management function, adhering to the business principles, jointly leading on delivering on the various performance and compliance requirements for the directorate.
A key aspect will be leading on service transformation and strategic developments in respect of delivering an Integrated Childrens Services offer, working extensively with a range of stakeholders in creative and sustainable approaches.
The post holder will lead the development of the future direction, implementation of innovative and best working practices working with partners in mutually beneficial arrangements delivering and resulting in high quality, patient centred care.
