Job DescriptionOur client is a Prestige Car Dealership who are now seeking to recruit a Business Manager for their busy and thriving dealership.Business Manager Role:Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be focusing on enquiry management process, controlling sales deals, second-facing where needed.Focusing on your ability to sell financial solutions to our customers whilst ensuring FCA compliance at all times.
Business Manager Experience:You MUST have experience as a Business Manager or Sales Transaction Manager working in a main car dealership environment.You must possess an in-depth knowledge of FCA regulations You will need to be professional, approachable enthusiastic to drive the performance of your team.This is a fantastic opportunity with an exciting brand working for a market leading dealership group.Package:Basic up to £30,000OTE £60,000 – £65,000Pension SchemePlus Benefits
