Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date: 2 December 2024Interview Date(s): tbcAbout the RoleTo lead and manage a team of analytical and research staff working on a range of service areas including wider health determinants research collaboration (HDRC), economy, communities, transport, environment, corporate insight/surveys and corporate services performance.
About YouTo apply for this post you must have the skills, knowledge and experience to: Implement the BI Strategy and the HDRC Project Plan; Lead culture change in the use of data and research throughout the Council Provide strategic and operational research and insight Promote innovation and the efficiency of BI, including through automation and self-service dashboards Support with the development of the Council's corporate performance management framework Provide high quality business intelligence and research findings to departments to help improve service delivery and decision making Lead a team of managers and analysts working in these service areas Provide expert support to corporate activities where required .
