Business Intelligence Lead

Venn Group is recruiting for a BI Lead to support a Local Authority in London to lead on developing a fit for purpose Corporate Performance framework to support the delivery, monitoring and reporting of the council's corporate delivery plan.
IR35 Status: Inside of IR35 Location: London Hybrid Working: 2-3 days per week onsite The BI Lead role will include: Leading the development and delivery of the Council's Performance Management Framework and the review and analysis of performance data and business intelligence for the Council, that supports the Council's plans for change and delivery of service excellence Building effective partnerships with Business Intelligence and Performance leads across the organisation and relevant partner agencies Leading the development and operation of a modern Business Intelligence function that provides expertise and strategic advice and guidance to the Council's senior leadership team Applicants must have: Demonstrable extensive experience of Performance and Business Intelligence management in a Local Authoity Demonstrable understanding of current challenges and opportunities in local government and how Business Intelligence can support in these areas
