About youWe are looking for an individual/s with excellent knowledge and an ability to reach learners at a range of levels, and who can demonstrate they can create an exciting and creative learning environment.
They need to ideally have industrial experience and be qualified to a level above the level they are to teach.
Experience in assessing programmes at Level 2 or 3 is desirable.It is advantageous to hold a Level 5 teaching qualification and an appropriate amount of teaching experience.
An Assessor Qualification e.g., TAAQ or equivalent is desirable, or willingness to work towards this qualification.About jobDigital Marketing, Social Media and Digital Advertising.
- This requires delivery as part of a L2 certificate and L3 diploma which has specific units on Introduction to Social Media, Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Principles of Social Media and Advertising.
The work is approximately a day per week over a year.
Management and Leadership - To deliver a suite of CMI qualifications - specifically the Award/Certificate in Management and Leadership during evenings over the academic year.
These include Coaching and Mentoring, Equality and Diversity, Management and Team Leading.
There is also a programme in Professional Consulting.Business Administration - Experience with teaching Short courses in Communication skills, Events Management and business Administration.Tutors work closely with programme managers in the design, planning and delivery of courses to stretch and challenge our learners, as well as prepare a variety of learning materials, provide guidance to learners on progression options, attend termly meetings and contribute to CPD and training as required to keep up to date.
