With a goal to continuing growing steadily from £1B Revenue in the coming years, they're a stable, forward-thinking company offering plenty of room for career development.
The purpose of adding you as an BDR to help our European team grow: - You'll be a key player in our multi-cultural Business Development team, which through continued growth is adding to the team to support our European expansion.
- You'll be building relationships with customers, understanding their needs through a consultative sales approach, and then connecting them with the right information and people to achieve their goals.
- Working closely with the field sales team who you will gain great knowledge to achieve high levels of results, and grow within your sales career.
- As a BDR you'll proactively prospect new business opportunities with major accounts via calling, email, prospecting tools and following up on marketing leads from our campaigns and events.
- You'll learn how to become a great opportunity creator, calling into major accounts to uncover potential contacts and set meetings for our sales team to attend.
- You'll educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to drive engagement.
- Determine and understand a prospect primary business issues to match a fitting solution that helps them.
- You'll get people to attend various online and offline events including tradeshows, webinars and seminars.
What Makes You a Fit: - You're already based in the UK with the right to work.
- 1+ year in a sales or business development role, ideally in software or technology.
- Great phone and communication skills, with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Ambitious, goal-driven, and ready to grow with a high-energy team.
- Fluent in both German and English.
