Reporting to the Group Head of Repair, this exciting new role is responsible for the generation of new business development and associated service sales within the TXO Group Repair division.
You will create and develop opportunities across key TXO territories and verticals to sell its end-to-end repair and test solutions delivered by the key repair laboratory in Birmingham, supported by the wider group facilities and technical sites.
The varied and highly skilled repair services will be sold to achieve revenues in line with key group business objectives and sales targets.
Success measurement will be defined by demonstrating the ability to open-up new business opportunities quickly which outline a clear customer need for carrier and OEM quality repair and testing services.
A large focus of the role is hunting with urgency and energy, with a view of building a stable of long term relationships and delivering repeatable business.
The key go to market is for TXO to deliver a cleaner, faster and cost efficient way for telecom companies and vendors to manage their faulty part handling system as well as elements of their wider supply chain function.
Specific Responsibilities The following outlines the primary areas of responsibility.

Proactively open new opportunities in fresh accounts and expand business within existing accounts by actively hunting for new sales Focus on building relationships with decision-makers (DMs) to generate leads and business opportunities Drive new business development through outbound calls (scheduled, cold, or warm) Utilise CRM and database tools to support prospecting efforts, in line with the new business strategy Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to stay informed of their needs, expectations, and challenges, ensuring effective communication of insights Gain a comprehensive understanding of customers' buying processes to develop strong relationships and secure ongoing sales Drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling across client accounts Establish trust and transparency with DMs to support ongoing and future opportunities Meet monthly sales targets as outlined by the company Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, ensuring CRM data is up-to-date Identify, develop, and close sales through sustained prospecting and business activity Operate within established commercial and contractual guidelines, escalating when necessary Understand the full product range, including hardware platforms and TXO-branded Optical Transceivers, to meet customer requirements Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to capitalise on business opportunities Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by liaising with internal departments as required Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental, and Information Security standards Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the business Language skills are desirable Enjoy a fast paced, a high-change environment and don't rely on structure / hierarchy to get things done.
