Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their sales and marketing team.
This role involves market research, lead generation, customer engagement, and strategic planning to achieve sales growth and expand market presence.
You will need a problem-solving attitude to succeed and must have a proven sales track record Job Specification: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies Generate new sales opportunities using various methods Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of power supply units to potential customers Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions Visit customers when necessary to secure business Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts and share insights Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts Track and analyse sales performance metrics to adjust sales tactics accordingly We Offer: Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus and company commission structure 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Professional development and career advancement opportunities Pension contributions A collaborative and supportive work environment This is a full-time permanent position working Monday – Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
