Role Summary As the Business Development Manager , you ' ll spearhead the efforts to expand their c lient base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Research and identify new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities.
Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to landlords, letting agents, and property managers.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with new and existing clients.
Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and secure long-term contracts.

What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional with: 3-4 years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the property or maintenance industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and deliver solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
A full UK driving license.
