Procurement Associate

Procurement AssociateCK Group are recruiting for a Procurement Associateto join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes, based in Bathgate, on a contract basis for 12 months.
This is a part time role for 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day over a 5 day week.
Salary: Hourly £12.46 - £13.51 PAYE.
Procurement Associate Role: Facilitate and support Inbound and outbound calls.
Maintaining and producing reports associated with Travel transactions, Invoices, & utilizing purchase order spend tools and reporting suites.Invoice & resolution support associated with travel, corporate card, & global site-specific purchase order processes & transactions.
Your Background: Have administration experience to a HNC level or equivalent work-related experience.Proficient PC skill sets & clear understanding of utilizing MS applications.Working knowledge & experience within a procurement admin function, distinct advantage.High energy, self-starter and able to multi-task.Excellent organizational and administrative skillset.Company: Our client is the global leader in enabling pharma, biotech, and consumer health partners to optimize product development, launch, and full life-cycle supply for patients around the world.
