Business Development Manager £25,000 - £30,000 (doe) + uncapped OTE (£60k+) Coleraine area I am delighted to be working with a local, family ran business who pride themselves on top customer service selling quality fixings and tools to both construction sites, local tradesmen and retail outlets!
Monday to Friday (8am 4pm) The role: External sales role Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across NI.
Developing and maintaining new and existing client relationships.
Negotiate sales on-the-road, selling the clients full product range.
Meet sales targets and monthly KPIs.
Provide regular sales reports on business activity to senior management.
What we need from you: 2+ years of sales experience in the electrical, hardware, wholesale or construction sector.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong negotiation capabilities to close deals.
Confident communication skills.
Ability to work well as a team and independently.
A full UK driving license.
