Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager * Leading building material manufacturer requires a Business Development Manager to work on Framework agreements with National House Builders.
* This is a national role working at the earliest stages of housing development, helping design and supply drainage and associated products.
* You will be from a specification sales background, with extensive experience working with National Developers.
* You will have experience in the civils sector, drainage, hard landscaping, textiles and so on.
* Experience working on Utility Adoptions would also be beneficial, as this is the next stage in the process once the infrastructure is put in place and this business can "adopt" the system.
* The role is national; you will be working from home and then out and about seeing developers on a project-by-project basis.
