Business Development Manager - German Speaking

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German Speaking Sales Executive to join a leading manufacturer, who is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to drive sales in the German market. Based out of the Milton Keynes office, this role will involve frequent travel to meet clients across the territory - DACH.
Key Responsibilities: Development of new business opportunities within the German speaking region.Forge long-term connections with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.Generate, build and maintain close working relationships with clients.Seek out and develop sales and marketing opportunities within the German territory, aligning with our client's mission and values.Organise and plan efficient routes for client visits, ensuring a strategic approach to maximise impact and territory coverage.Promptly relay orders to the Sales Administrator and keep clients updated on order progress, ensuring seamless service.Person Specification: Fluent in German.A strong passion and desire to succeed within a Sales environment.B2B telephone sales skills is an advantage but not essential.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Able to deliver excellent customer service.This is a full-time permanent position offering an attractive basic salary of £32,000 with a £40,000 OTE.
