Business Development Manager Europe – GENETICS For our client – expanding international private genetic laboratories – we are seeking experienced candidates for the role of Business Development Manager for European region experienced in the genetics industry.
Main responsibilities: Identifying and monitoring new business opportunities in Europe in genetics industry Driving growth and expansion of the genetics business Establishing partnerships, negotiating contracts, and promoting the company's products and services to a broader customer base Conduct in-depth research and analyze trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the genetics industry.
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes in the field Develop and implement a business development strategy to expand the company's reach and increase revenue Identify potential clients, build relationships, and secure new business contracts Drive sales and revenue growth by developing sales strategies, setting targets, and ensuring consistent follow-through with clients Work with the marketing team to promote the company's services Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues that arise Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business, Genetics, Life Sciences, or related field.
(Advanced degree - MBA, PhD - a plus) Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the genetic laboratories industry Strong understanding of genetics technologies, genomics, and molecular biology.
