Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and discovering new revenue opportunities. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, market analysis, and exceptional interpersonal skills to expand our market presence and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of the care sector software landscape and conduct thorough market analyses to identify new commercial opportunities and trends.Develop and implement business development initiatives aligned with the company's goals.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.Design various B2B SaaS pricing models and revenue modules.Work with legal teams to negotiate complex deals and contracts.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and client requirements to maintain a competitive edge.Coordinate comprehensive and compelling tender responses, including writing persuasive proposals, technical submissions, and financial bids.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.Ability to understand technical information and effectively promote products and innovations.Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organisational and time management skills.Attributes: Results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity and professionalism.
