Business Development Executive My client is one of the leading and largest providers in oil distributors across NI.
Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join their team based in Derry/Londonderry.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
- with some requirement to visit other premises.
Salary: £25,000 negotiable (dependent on experience).
Job Purpose: You will be responsible for developing and maintain a portfolio of existing commercial customers.
Essential Criteria: Sales and Business Development experience with a minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role.
Strong commercial focus with the ability to manage the process from lead generation to sale closing.
Knowledge in CRM software e.g.
Microsoft Dynamics (desirable).
Excellent communication and telephone skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Highly motivated and results driven.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing commercial customers.
Identify potential new business opportunities through lead generation, networking and prospecting.
Understand the competitor market to support the business strategy for product pricing so we remain competitive in our sector.
Regular telephone communication with potential or existing customers, processing orders and recording and updating records and data.
Utilise relevant online platforms, industry associations, and social networks to identify new leads.
Assisting the Marketing Dept in any promotional or general marketing activity.
Liaising with Sales Director to ensure maintenance of pricing policy.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecast to management team.
Liaising with other departments e.g.
Commercial/credit control/dispatch teams to ensure the commercial customer/order and business needs are met.
General customer care.
General Administration e.g.
Filing, post etc.
