Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – £25,000 - £30,000 (doe) + uncapped OTE (£60k+) – Coleraine area  I am delighted to be working with a local, family ran business who pride themselves on top customer service selling quality fixings and tools to both construction sites, local tradesmen and retail outlets!
Monday to Friday (8am – 4pm) The role: External sales role – Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across NI.
Developing and maintaining new and existing client relationships.
Negotiate sales on-the-road, selling the client's full product range.
Meet sales targets and monthly KPIs.
Provide regular sales reports on business activity to senior management.
What we need from you: 2+ years of sales experience in the electrical, hardware, wholesale or construction sector.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong negotiation capabilities to close deals.
Confident communication skills.
Ability to work well as a team and independently.
A full UK driving license.
