They support B2B organizations that are frustrated with outbound sales and marketing tactics yielding little or no return.
They believe in putting people in front of logos by empowering employees to become digital brand ambassadors.
Responsibilities Requirements: · 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing including CRM, social media, internal websites, campaigns, client services, Sales, Direct-to-consumer, surveys and so on.
· Experience in working at a large corporation / enterprise in a virtual / global environment · Understanding of Data Warehousing/data integration technologies and principles, experience with database, ETL and visualization tools.
· Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodology.
· Act as a liaison between teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
· Engage with business stakeholders, such as marketing teams, client services team, and Steering Committee, to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide regular updates on the progress of the engagement.
· Proactively identify improvement opportunities and address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders.
· Design and implement data solutions: o Develop and execute strategies for designing a comprehensive data mart that integrates various Marketing data sources.
Understands the end-vision of analytics and Brand priorities.
Understands the client services data sets and operating models.
Ensure the data mart meets the current business requirements and aligns with best practices and industry standards.
· Data analysis and modeling: o Help the teams understand the marketing and client services data structures.
Help the team in applying data modeling techniques to effectively structure and optimize the data mart, aligning it with the business requirements while considering scalability.
· Data integration and ETL processes: o Collaborate with IT implementation team and vendors to establish efficient processes to acquire and cleanse data from various sources into the data mart.
· Review and Validate Documentation with Data models and KPI repository and KPI calculations along with IT and Business leads and provide them expertise and in-house knowledge.
· Hands on Technical skills: o Excel o SQL o Python o Business Intelligence · Follow Project Management best practices and standards.
· Be a skilled communicator (Oral + written).
