What will you be doing?
The Business Systems Support Analyst will be a key part of our engaged and growing IT team and will provide proactive support for critical business applications, ensuring smooth operations and acting as a backup for system administrators.
Key responsibilities include managing application changes, supporting IT infrastructure, and contributing to service desk management and project work, while maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities will include.
Provide support to Business systems including ERP, CRM, Jira & Confluence applications System support including directly providing 1st to 3rd line support Work closely with key users and stakeholders to understand, specify and deliver system improvements Responsible for authoring functional design requirements, making system configuration changes, managing 3 rd party code developments and testing and validating that solutions meet requirements Responsible for the technical quality of system configuration changes and developments, and ensuring appropriate guidelines and processes are followed for the introduction of changes Create BI reports for business requirements.
Adhere to IT Change Control for all Business Systems About You We are seeking applications from candidates who have aligned Business Application Support experience and is looking for the next phase of their career within a global and growing business.
This experience will be complemented by high level organisational, communications and interpersonal skills that will engage with personnel with a variety of skill sets, communication styles and cultural backgrounds.
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics AX, Salesforce, Atlassian Products and BI reporting tools would be highly advantageous, as would supporting qualifications or accreditation within an aligned discipline.
