Business Analyst – National Security Sector (UKIC DV Clearance Required) Location: Cheltenham (5 days a week onsite due to the nature of the work) Salary: £50,000–£70,000 + excellent company benefits and yearly bonus Security Clearance: You must hold UKIC DV clearance to be eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather and document detailed business requirements.
Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends and insights that shape informed decisions.
Develop and refine business process models for both current and future states.
Recommend and design robust technical and operational solutions that align with business goals.
Partner with security and operations teams to implement and validate proposed solutions.
Present clear findings, strategies, and updates to stakeholders.
Lead system testing and process validation to ensure alignment with requirements.
Continuously identify and drive opportunities for operational improvements.
