This hybrid role involves three days on-site in Southampton and two days remote working each week.
About the Role This position is ideal for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, looking to grow and develop their career.
Responsibilities Work in an agile, cross-functional environment to map business processes, identify gaps, and improve workflows.
Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate effectively to deliver successful outcomes.
Participate in various projects across the organisation, including data migration and system implementations.
Develop an understanding of data analysis, cloud technologies, and Azure while staying eager to learn and grow professionally.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
Exposure to Power BI and experience creating dashboards.
Advantageous but not essential: experience with Databricks, SQL, Terraform, and Azure DevOps.
Experience working in highly regulated sectors.
A degree from a university or an equivalent qualification.
Full rights to live and work in the UK permanently.
Availability to start in January 2024.
Willingness to work on-site in Southampton three days per week.
