Business Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a qualified Business Analyst to join an exciting Recovery Programme team.
The pay rates for this role are : \n \n £340.93 PAYE \n £450.00 Umbrella \n \n You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for service improvement, leading projects, and driving efficiencies across the organisation.
Essential Requirements: \n \n Qualification in Project Management (APMP, Prince2, P3O, MSP) or Business Analysis \n OR 3+ years' experience in complex organizations \n Experience in service improvement, process redesign, and project leadership \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n \n Identify and deliver service efficiencies and improvements \n Lead end-to-end process reviews with a focus on customer journeys, automation, and improved access to services \n Work with operational leads to implement technology and processes that drive measurable efficiencies \n Promote a "One Organisation" approach, ensuring dependencies are recognised across functions \n \n If you are interested in this role and would like more information please apply or get in touch!
