Role : Business Analyst Location : Reading Salary : £50,000-£55,000 Hybrid : 3 days per week onsite, 2 days from home We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work on developing the business change needs, documenting requirements, assessing the impact of changes and delivering requirements to the relevant stakeholders.
You will work predominantly in the information and software systems and demonstrate an excellent understanding of the way the business works.
Communicating across both internal and external parties you will incorporate how the technology can support the business needs.
You will be making a significant impact and contribution to the success of the business as it experiences a period of real growth.
Key Responsibilities: Understand the needs of departments and keep close communication with internal employees Identify and document the processes, assess what technology is required and deliver the solution Perform risk analysis on proposed solutions Work with external stakeholders to understand the feedback received Work with data modeling practices to analyse results and propose operational and strategic improvements Ensure plans are made and processes are created What you'll need: A positive attitude to change and creating solutions Excellent communication and motivational skills Ability to work following a project-based approach IT experience or a good understanding of information technology Ability to work within your project timelines Strong analytical skills Data warehousing concepts knowledge would be desirable Acting as the bridge between IT and the business stakeholders you will be a proactive problem solver with the ability to engage with stakeholders whilst responding to the rapidly changing business environment.

The successful Business Analyst can expect a salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience.
