Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be at the helm of managing and developing profitable business relationships with two of the UK's largest retailers.
As a key player in the team, you'll work end to end delivering exceptional business growth that consistently surpasses targets.

What you'll bring:
To thrive in this role, you'll bring at least 2 years of experience managing major retailer relationships within the grocery channel, ideally including M&S.
You have strong private / own label experience and experience of end-to-end account management.
You'll also have a proven track record of sales success within a structured FMCG organisation , where you've consistently delivered results and exceeded targets.
A passion for fine food and a deep understanding of premium food positioning will set you apart in this role.
You'll have an innate appreciation for the artistry of high-quality ingredients, exceptional flavors, and the experience that premium food brings to customers.
Above all, you'll demonstrate initiative, determination, and a hunger for continual learning .
