Youll assess applications, provide advice on Advanced Learner Loans, collect required evidence, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Additionally, youll play a vital role in student engagement, offering guidance throughout the bursary process, supporting recruitment and enrolment activities, and contributing to the wider Registry teams efforts.About You Qualifications: Level 3 qualification or equivalentExperience: Proven experience in an administrative function and of working with students.Expertise: An understanding of FE College student information systems and their operation and knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Passion: You will be a positive and proactive team player with strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and outstanding organisational abilities ready to make a meaningful impact!
