Building Surveyor

?We are currently partnering with a Manchester based Housing Association, who are recruiting for a Damp and Mould Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary up to £40,500 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Carrying out pre and post inspections for reactive maintenance in domestic properties, largely focused on damp and mould cases Identifying types of damp and mould including rising damp and penetrating damp Creating specifications of work for remedials, ensuring they are in line with the correct form of damp and mould Completing surveys in line with HHSRS Experience and skills required:
Experience in Damp and Mould Understanding of different types of damp, mould and condensation A Surveying based qualifications (HNC/ HND/ CSRT) Rewards and Benefits:
