Duties: Building Surveys & Site Inspections : Conduct detailed building surveys, site inspections, and measured surveys to support project delivery.
CAD Drafting & Design : Create precise drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, using CAD software .
Preparation of Reports & Specifications : Draft comprehensive schedules of work, technical specifications, and feasibility reports for various maintenance and construction projects.
Project & Contract Management : Assist in the management of sub-consultants, contractors, and suppliers while supporting the contract administration process under NEC3 and JCT frameworks.
Condition & Asset Management : Support senior surveyors with condition surveys, asset management assessments, and Party Wall services.
Budget & Cost Monitoring : Assist with compiling project costs and ensure that projects remain on budget, tracking financial progress against approved plans.
