Building Manager

Our client is looking for a Building Manager in North London.

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off rota, 7am - 7pm
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Duties: Daily internal and external inspections of the development, and intervention when necessary (for example, mopping floors if dirtied at weekends).
Setting the service charge budget in conjunction with the managing agent.
Dealing with section 20's.
