Take responsibility for ensuring that Health & Safety is central to the operation of the curriculum area.The post holder will work across the carpentry department as directed by the Curriculum Area Manager or Curriculum DirectorSkills/Experience:Experience in a workshop environmentMethodical Approach, Accuracy, and self-motivatedAn understanding of carpentry and machinery shops machinesQualifications:Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalentHold a minimum of a level 3 qualification in CarpentryIdeal Attributes:You will have a keen interest in your industry and willing to undergo further training and development.You are ambitious, professional, respectful and resilient, thriving in a high trust and high performance culture.You can make a significant contribution in our mission to provide excellence and opportunity in both technical and professional education, training and apprenticeships. ?We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
