This is an excellent opportunity to join an independent building services consultancy who provide expert environmental services to the construction industry. They are looking for a self-sufficient BREEAM Consultant to take the lead on a range of their multidisciplined projects.

Key responsibilities for a BREEAM Consultant include: Carrying out BREEAM Assessments from project inception to completion. Assisting with BREEAM projects and ensuring successful delivery within tight deadlines. Producing general sustainability reports and strategies for clients to minimize their project's environmental impact. The role is primarily BREEAM focused; however, there will be opportunities to expand to Whole Life Carbon and Life Cycle Assessments using OneClick software. The ideal BREEAM Consultant will have: A minimum of 1 year's experience delivering BREEAM Assessments from project inception through to completion. Relevant experience in a sustainability consultancy role within the construction industry. BREEAM qualification such as a BREEAM AP or New Construction would be advantageous. A successful track record of leading on BREEAM projects within the construction industry. A degree within an environmental science or engineering related discipline.
