Branch Manager – Air Conditioning / HVACJob Title: Branch Manager – Air Conditioning / HVAC Job reference Number: 744207-1012-24323 Industry Sector: Air Conditioning, Split Systems, Refrigeration, Boilers, Heat Pumps, HVAC, VRF Systems, Control Panels, M&E Consultants, M&E Contractors, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Branch Assistant, Team Leader Location: PortsmouthRemuneration: £35,000 - £45,000neg + Discretionary Bonus £3,000-£5,000 Benefits: Company Pension, Life Assurance, 25 Days +, Car Allowance or Salary Sacrifice The role of the Branch Manager – Air Conditioning / HVAC will involve:Branch Manager position selling a high quality distributed range of air conditioning & refrigeration solutionsAll of your time will be focused on selling to air conditioning contractors, M&E contractors & sub-contractorsManaging all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safetyManage stock levels, set and work towards budget expectations for each year Maintain existing base and cultivate new customer relationships to increase salesLiaise internally with credit control team to manage customer accounts & paymentsEnsuring excellent customer service is providedProviding training, development and motivation to depot personnel, managing a team of 7 Drivers, Warehousing & Internal Sales Staff The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager – Air Conditioning / HVAC with:Must have experience running a busy a distribution branch within the construction industryMust have experience managing and developing a teamIdeally will have experience with HVAC products or in an electrical/plumbing wholesalerA solid understanding of H&S regulationsA strong commercial acumen or sales background are highly beneficialExceptional organisational skillsGood communication skills, both written and in personIT Literate (ERP systems, Microsoft Office)
