The role of the Branch Manager – Air Conditioning / HVAC will involve:
Branch Manager position selling a high quality distributed range of air conditioning & refrigeration solutions All of your time will be focused on selling to air conditioning contractors, M&E contractors & sub-contractors Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety Manage stock levels, set and work towards budget expectations for each year Maintain existing base and cultivate new customer relationships to increase sales Liaise internally with credit control team to manage customer accounts & payments Ensuring excellent customer service is provided Providing training, development and motivation to depot personnel, managing a team of 7 Drivers, Warehousing & Internal Sales Staff The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager – Air Conditioning / HVAC with:
Must have experience running a busy a distribution branch within the construction industry Must have experience managing and developing a team Ideally will have experience with HVAC products or in an electrical/plumbing wholesaler A solid understanding of H&S regulations A strong commercial acumen or sales background are highly beneficial Exceptional organisational skills Good communication skills, both written and in person IT Literate (ERP systems, Microsoft Office)
