Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Clients Peterborough branch and lead a team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities: · Drive branch performance by developing and executing strategies that improve sales and profitability.
· Use Salesforce to track sales activity, maintain customer relationships, and generate insightful reports for analysis.
· Conduct performance reviews and coach your team to ensure they meet individual and team goals.
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a smooth workflow.
· Foster strong relationships with key clients, customers, and stakeholders to promote business growth.
· Monitor branch performance and report on KPIs to upper management, providing actionable recommendations.
· Motivate and lead the team to consistently deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.
What We're Looking For: · Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a service environment.
· Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a strong advantage.
· Strong understanding of Sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
· High level of organisation with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
