Job Advertisement: Bookkeeper Location: Manchester Working Hours: Monday - Thursday : 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday : 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM About the Role: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and assist with office administration.
This position offers variety in daily tasks and the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a busy and dynamic office.
Key Responsibilities: Invoicing and payments : Generate, track, and process invoices efficiently.
Debt management : Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding debts.
Bookkeeping : Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly accounts for submission to external accountants.
Sales figures and data management : Generate reports, export data, and ensure accuracy in financial tracking.
Pricing quotes : Provide timely and accurate quotes for various office-related requirements.
Office administration : Handle restocking supplies, ordering daily essentials, and covering general office tasks to support the team.
What Were Looking For: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
A proactive and flexible approach to multitasking and problem-solving.
