Vertu Accident Repair Centre Beaconsfield Vertu Accident Repair Centre Beaconsfield are looking for a Bodyshop Manager to join the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the UK's 4th largest automotive retail group, which is experiencing rapid growth.
As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role at a prestigious repair centre, home to a Mercedes-Benz Approved Bodyshop.
We are offering a competitive basic salary with a £67,000 OTE, plus a company car and company benefits.
This is a full time permanent role across 40 hours per week with flexibility on the working pattern to support a healthy work-life balance.
As the Accident Repair Centre Manager / Bodyshop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Group Accident Repair Centre division.
This challenging yet rewarding position involves overseeing all areas of the Bodyshop operation and driving profitability, ensuring that business objectives and departmental goals are met.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of work through the Bodyshop, maximising productivity while upholding the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
You will be accountable for managing resources, including stocks and equipment, to optimise departmental performance and contribute to the overall success of the business.
A key aspect of this role is leading and developing a high-performing team.
You will foster a motivational and positive working environment, supporting team retention and continuous improvement.
Your leadership will be instrumental in driving performance and achieving an exceptional customer experience.
You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with work providers and suppliers, ensuring that all external partnerships support the business's objectives.
