Administrator/Receptionist - Aylesbury Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Administrator/Receptionist for our Automotive client based in Aylesbury.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE) Hours: 8am-6pm (1 Saturday in 3) ( 9am-1pm) Duties: - To be the first point of contact for visitors - To ensure that the reception area remains tidy and that literature and forms are updated as necessary - Ordering parts - Generating invoices - Answering phone calls and taking messages - Responding to customer email enquires Requirements: - Great attention to detail - Great customer service skills Company Benefits: - 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays - Pension - Closed over christmas - Free parking If you would be interested, please apply, or call Corinne at Pertemps.
