About the Role
As a Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing high-value contracts by managing and coordinating all aspects of the bid and tendering process. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a deep understanding of M&E contracting and commercial project requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end bid process, ensuring all submissions are compliant, compelling, and competitive. Collaborate with internal teams, including estimating, project management, and design, to develop winning proposals. Analyze client requirements and develop tailored bid strategies. Write and edit high-quality bid documents, including technical and commercial proposals. Manage bid timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision and quality. Conduct post-bid reviews and provide feedback to improve future performance. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
