Looking to showcase your BESS and Solar Project Construction experience in a new geographical context?
Uzbekistan is scheduled to become a regional player and our client is posed to provide this leadership.
You must have previous large scale (preferably DFI or World Bank funded) project execution from a client/ownership perspective to apply.

We are looking to speak with seasoned construction executives who have solid FIDIC related project experience, and have executed previous Renewable Energy projects, preferably Battery Energy Storage or PV or Wind, grid tied projects.
Exposure to complex project financing, govt and regional stakeholder engagement and a dogged focus to Risk Management.

We are also interested to speak to candidates fitting the above profile who are looking to take on roles in the African and UK geographies.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in engineering Professional Engineering (PE) Registration, highly preferable Project Management Professional (PMP) or Equivalent Certification, highly desirable EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Track Record of Large-Scale Projects: Experience managing at least two full-cycle PV projects with a minimum capacity of 200 MW, overseeing all phases from financial close to commercial operation 5+ Years in PV/BESS Technology: Experience working with solar PV or BESS projects is preferable for understanding the technical nuances of renewable energy projects Strong background in overseeing development funded projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the EPC and other sub-contractors in order to meet project time and budget schedules.

Strong emphasis on health and safety, with management of previous IFC related standards
Manage all regional and local stakeholders, including govt and regional electricity authorities, lenders and technical advisors.

Responsible for project drawdowns and all reporting to lenders and owners
Role is a permanent role based in Tashkent, with regular travel to site.
