The Role As a Bellhop, you will: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the loading and unloading of luggage.
Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
Offer assistance to guests with special needs or requests.
Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Coordinate with the front desk and other staff to manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
Assist with the storage and retrieval of luggage for guests.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance areas.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including security measures.
This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week over 5 days.
