Behavioural and emotional support worker Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate and skilled Emotional and Behavioural Mentor for a full-time position at an SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Southern Lincolnshire.
The school caters specifically for students aged 11 – 16 years old.
  Responsibilities: Supporting students with emotional and behavioural difficulties to manage their behaviour and emotions effectively Providing one-on-one and small group mentoring sessions to help students develop social and emotional skills Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create individualized plans for students Monitoring and tracking student progress and communicating with parents and caregivers   Requirements: Relevant qualifications or experience in counselling, social work, psychology, or a related field Experience working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties Knowledge of SEMH and strategies for managing challenging behaviour Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team   Benefits: Dedicated sector specialist consultant to contact around the clock Opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment Ongoing training and professional development opportunities   If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with SEMH, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
