Banking And Project Finance Lawyer

Our client is seeking a talented Banking and Finance Lawyer with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience to join their esteemed legal department.
Working for this asset management firm based in the heart of the city, this role involves supporting the private credit (lending) business in addition to the energy team, investing in renewables and energy efficient projects.
This is an ideal position for someone who has previously worked on smaller finance deals ranging from £1m to £20m and offers a dynamic and engaging work environment.The most suitable candidate will have some project finance experience but could come from a more generalist lending background.
A collaborative team player, you will be prepared to handle a variety of general in-house legal tasks, also assisting fellow lawyers in supporting other business lines.
