The Estates and Facilities Team is based in Care Plus Group headquarters and supports the continued ability of the organisation to provide staff, service users, visitors, and contractors with safe, secure, and quality building facilities.
The team also provides an efficient and customer-focused reception service at the Val Waterhouse Centre.

Main duties of the job Job Title: Bank Receptionist/Clerical Assistant Base: Val Waterhouse Centre, Kent Street, Grimsby or Westgate Park, Charlton Street, Grimsby In the absence of the other receptionist, you will be required to work additional hours to cover the service.
You will provide an efficient, friendly, and customer-focused reception service at the Val Waterhouse Centre.
While there is the requirement to undertake general administrative duties including dealing with incoming and outgoing post, management of the room booking facility, and layout of rooms and facilities, the main function of this post will be based on reception dealing directly with visitors and general queries from the public, staff, and service users.
You will need to be observant and undertake regular security checks of the reception area and deal with and report any security issues as appropriate.
It is essential that you have recent experience of working in a reception/office and of working directly with the public both face to face and on the telephone.
You must be able to demonstrate diplomacy and tact and have the ability to deal effectively with conflict and/or distressed visitors.
You must be competent in Microsoft Office and have effective customer care skills.
You must be able to work on your own initiative and have literacy and numeracy level 2 and level 2 or equivalent qualification in computer applications.
