Person Specification Essential Essential oRMN/RNLD or AHP registered with the HCPC oEvidence of continuous professional and management development oExperience of working in a senior Nursing or AHP post in an acute/urgent mental health setting oExtensive knowledge of service issues and priorities facing acute/urgent Mental Health services oEvidence of developing the Nursing and AHP workforce to enhance clinical practice Desirable oEducated to Master level in a healthcare related subject oExperience of deploying improvement methodology with success in an NHS setting
