Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Occupational Therapy team within Front Door Services.
This role involves quick assessments and delivering essential interventions for patients in urgent care settings.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct rapid, high-quality assessments for patients presenting at the front door of acute services.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support patient recovery and discharge planning.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
Requirements: HCPC registration and Band 6 experience in an acute setting.
Strong assessment and intervention skills in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
